The Rural Municipality of Lac du Bonnet owns and operates the Rural Water and Wastewater Utility currently serving 20 wastewater-only customers and one water customer.
The RM receives its water from the Town of Lac du Bonnet. Wastewater services are also provided by the Town. The Town’s wastewater system consists of a collection system and a single cell lagoon, owned and operated by the Town. The Town’s wastewater collection system collects wastewater effluent from 20 residences on Tanco Crescent within the RM boundaries. The RM maintains the lines, pumps, and buildings related to the water and wastewater system within the RM boundaries.
